My original rating was 1 star but I am now revising my rating due to really good customer service and a scale that works! The VP of the company e-mailed me hours after my sending an E-mail with an offer to send a new scale to me free of charge.
After the first one didn't work i was a little hesitant to try another one of these scales but he assured me that he would personally test the scale before shipping it. I received the replacement shortly after and have tried it out for a couple of weeks to make sure this one unlike the first one was working fine..I am glad to say it is and I will keep it and continue to use it...

Loved this Scale! It made all the difference in my diet when needing the extra couple of tenths boost in confidence! The electronics did go bad but the support we received from the company's OWNER (!) made us positive that we will purchase from them again and again. Shipped us a new one right away at no charge.
